Renewable Diesel Fuel Expansion expected to have a renewable diesel production capacity of 470 million gallons per year.

OUR SCOPE:
Design of barge layout, securing, securing calculations, and stability calculations for the Deck Barge roll-on and tie down in Houston, Texas and the subsequent barge roll-off in Norco, Louisiana.

Design layout of barge, securing, securing calculations, and roll off ballast plan with stability calculations for various barges for the vessel to barge trans-loading, securing, and roll-off operations from New Orleans, Louisiana to New Sarpy, Louisiana.
Pine Bend Refinery - Unit 21 Heater Replacement
LOCATION:
Rosemount, Minnesota

PROJECT DECSRIPTION:
Environmental friendly heater to eliminate emissions associated with periodic heater decoking while improving Coker utilization and product yields.

OUR SCOPE:
Review on barge layout drawings, method statement, securing, stability, and roll off proposal. Monitor and document the loading of Radiant Sections and Convection Modules onto road transporters for transport to Sattahip, Thailand. Witness the loading and securing of heavy lift cargo along with additional break bulk cargo. Discharged the remaining cargo in Violet, Louisiana.
Hess Stampede
LOCATION:
Development of the Pony and Knotty Head deepwater field located in Green Canyon Blocks 468, 511 and 512 in the Gulf of Mexico - South of Fourchon, Louisiana.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Deepwater Oil & Gas Field - estimated life of 15 years and oil reserves of 635,000 million barrels of oil equivalent. The two fields are estimated to hold combined recoverable reserves up to 350 million barrels of oil equivalent (mboe).

SCOPE:
Loading and securing of Tubing Heads and Subsea Trees onto truck/trailers in Houston, Texas for road transport to project site in Fourchon, Louisiana.
Shell Vito Development
LOCATION:
241km southeast of New Orleans, in the Mississippi Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico, in 4,000ft of water depth

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Deepwater oilfield comprise of 8 subsea wells drilled up to 18,000ft-deep and equipped with in-well gas lifts, and four-column semi-submersible floating production unit (FPU). The oilfield will produce up to 10,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day.

OUR SCOPE:
Review of lift plans, palletized truck tie-down, securing, securing calculations, and transportation plan for the truck loading and off-loading, vessel loading, barge roll on and tie-down operations in Houston, TX, and Louisiana.
HCU Yield Optimization Wood River Refinery
LOCATION:
Roxana, Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Reactor upgrade to an existing process unit to enable better gasoline and diesel yields.

OUR SCOPE:
Review of method statements, drawings, and calculations related to lifting and securing of cargo.
Vessel loading and securing of Hydrocracking Reactor, HP Separator, Hydrotreating Reactor at Porto Ortona and Marghera for ocean transport to the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana for discharge.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
3,000 MW Duel Fuel-Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant - Iraq's largest power generation facility.

OUR SCOPE:
Pre-loading and loading of Steam Turbine Equipment, Gas Turbine Equipment, Gas Turbine Spare Rotor in Shanghai China and subsequently witnessed the vessel discharge in Umm Qasr, Iraq.

LOCATION:
Crystal River Energy Complex on Florida's Gulf Coast

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
1,640 MW natural gas-fired combined cycle power plant to generate more efficiently and release significantly lower emissions than coal-fired units.

OUR SCOPE:
Vessel discharge, trans-loading of Gas Turbine Generator from ship to barge, and trans-loading of Gas Turbine Generator from railcar to barge.
